Purpose and responsibility

Qayd Wa Sanad helps users record financial data and prepare statements and reports. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax review. Users remain responsible for entries, results, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Data and backups

Users are responsible for protecting their devices, maintaining and testing suitable backups, and keeping backup passwords safe. Losing the password for an encrypted backup may prevent restoration. Google Drive is optional and is also governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.

One-month trial

A complete one-calendar-month trial in UTC starts when the device is first registered with the server. After expiry, viewing and copying data remain available; additions, changes, and deletion require an active subscription. Reinstalling does not start a new trial. Trial or subscription expiry does not delete local financial data. Existing paid entitlements remain valid for their purchased term under the purchase terms.

Paid Android purchases and subscriptions

Paid Android purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed exclusively through Google Play inside the app. Google Play shows the price, currency, taxes, billing period, eligibility, and trial or discount terms before confirmation. The website and support email are not external payment or sales channels.

Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in the Google Play subscriptions center. Access after cancellation follows the expiry date and purchase status recorded by Google Play.

Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time product with no periodic renewal.

Refund requests and eligibility are governed by Google Play policies. Deleting Qayd Wa Sanad data does not cancel a Google Play subscription or create a refund; each process is separate.

Activation code and email activation

An activation code or activation email can be used in app settings for an authorized non-financial entitlement, which may be fixed-term or permanent. Code entry and email verification are activation actions only, not a purchase, payment, financial renewal, or paid upgrade. Codes may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to bypass device limits or verification.

Cancellation and deletion

Canceling a Google Play subscription stops renewal according to its status but does not delete activation or verification data held by Aflak Soft. Deleting account data does not cancel a Play subscription. Start deletion in the app or use the account-deletion page when its stated verification path applies. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not bypass protection, misuse activation or purchase tokens, defeat device limits, or access services or another user's account without authorization. Some functions depend on the device, network, Google Play, Google Drive, printer, or other third-party service and may be unavailable when that dependency is unavailable.
