للتفعيل نعالج الاسم المدخل ورمز التحقق، ومعرّف التثبيت، والبريد المرسل، واسم الجهاز وإصداره، وعنوان الشبكة ووقت الطلب. يمكن للمسؤول إضافة اسم ورقم هاتف وبريد اختياريين؛ لا يقرأ التطبيق رقم الهاتف تلقائيًا. لا يمنح تأكيد البريد وحده اشتراكًا.

عند اختيار ربط Google في إصدار داعم، نتحقق من إثبات الهوية والبريد ثم نحفظ بصمة هوية للربط؛ لا نحفظ الإثبات الخام أو رمز وصول Drive. تنتهي تحديات الربط بعد خمس دقائق وتُنظّف بعد مرور 24 ساعة على انتهائها أثناء الصيانة.

إثبات الشراء المرسل يتضمن رمز الشراء ومعرّف المنتج ونوعه ووقت الشراء والكمية ومعرّفات مستعارة. نحصل على حالة الاشتراك ومدته ومعلومات الطلب من Google. تمر رموز Play Integrity بالخادم للتحقق ثم تُستبعد. تُشفّر الرموز الحساسة المخزنة. فتح صفحة الاشتراك قد يعيد ربط شراء تعيده Google، حتى بعد حذف بيانات التحقق.

يرسل مزود البريد رسائل التحقق والقبول وتنبيهات للإدارة تتضمن معرّف التثبيت والبريد دون رموز سرية. طلبات البريد المنتظرة مشفرة، وتمحى بعد التسليم أو انتهاء المحاولات أو حذف الهوية. الرسائل المسلّمة للدعم والإدارة تدخل ضمن معالجة طلب الحذف، ولا تُسحب تلقائيًا من البريد.

تُحذف بيانات التفعيل والتحقق الحية المرتبطة عند اكتمال طلب الحذف. يبقى إيصال تقني محدود دون بريد أو رموز خام لمدة سبعة أيام لتأكيد إعادة المحاولة. تبقى بصمة رمز الشراء الملغى وسبب الإلغاء ووقته لمنع إعادة استخدامه طوال تشغيل خدمة التحقق.

لمنع تكرار تجربة الشهر التقويمي، تبقى بصمات HMAC لمعرّفي الجهاز والتثبيت ووقت بدء التجربة وحالتها، دون اسم أو هاتف أو بريد أو بيانات مالية، ودون حذف آلي بعد مدة محددة. إعادة التثبيت أو حذف الاشتراك لا يعيدان التجربة.

يبقى البريد المؤكد حتى تغييره أو حذفه. يُنظّف البريد غير المؤكد وآخر نشاط الأقدم من 30 يومًا عند صيانة الخدمة؛ لا يُضمن المحو في لحظة انتهاء المدة. تنتهي صلاحية إثبات البريد بعد 14 يومًا. تُحتفظ تغييرات البيانات الإدارية مشفرة حتى 90 يومًا، ويزيل طلب الحذف قيمك الشخصية منها.

تُنظّف تسجيلات إشعارات الدمج التي لم تُحدّث خلال 30 يومًا عند تسجيل الأجهزة. يبقى رمز إشعارات الدمج مشفرًا؛ ولا تمر ملفاتك المالية بهذا المسار. معالجة Firebase ومعرّفاته تخضع لسياسة Google؛ يبدأ حذف بيانات معرّف FCM بعد طلب حذفه عبر الخدمة، خلال 180 يومًا وفق سياسة Firebase.

تبقى ملفات Drive ونسخها السابقة والنسخ التي استلمتها الأجهزة الأخرى حتى تحذفها من تلك الوجهات. إذا أعدت طلب نشر ملف وأصله موجود فقد تُنشأ نسخة جديدة. إلغاء الاشتراك إجراء مستقل في Google Play، وإيقاف الاستحقاق ليس حذفًا للبيانات.

Activation processes the entered name, verification codes, installation identifiers, submitted email, device name and version, network address and request time. An administrator may add an optional name, phone number and email; the app does not automatically read your phone number. Confirming email alone does not grant a subscription.

If you choose Google linking in a supported version, we verify identity and email proof and retain an identity fingerprint for linking. We do not retain the raw proof or a Drive access token. Linking challenges expire after five minutes and are cleaned up during maintenance after 24 hours past expiry.

Submitted purchase proof includes the purchase token, product ID and type, purchase time, quantity and pseudonymous identifiers. Subscription status, duration and order details come from Google. Play Integrity tokens pass through our server for verification and are then discarded. Stored sensitive tokens are encrypted. Opening the subscription page may relink a purchase returned by Google, including after deletion of verification data.

The email provider sends verification and approval messages and administrative notices containing installation ID and email, without secret codes. Pending mail is encrypted and removed after delivery, exhausted attempts or identity deletion. Delivered support and administrative emails are handled as part of a deletion request; they are not automatically recalled.

Linked live activation and purchase-verification data is removed when a deletion request is completed. A limited seven-day technical receipt, without email or raw tokens, confirms retries. A fingerprint of a revoked purchase token, revocation reason and time remains while the verification service operates, to prevent token reuse.

To prevent repeat calendar-month trials, keyed HMAC fingerprints of device and installation identifiers, trial start and status remain without a fixed automatic deletion period. They contain no name, phone, email or financial data. Reinstallation or subscription deletion does not restart a trial.

Verified email remains until changed or deleted. Unverified email and last-activity records older than 30 days are cleaned up during service maintenance, not necessarily at the exact expiry time. Email proof expires after 14 days. Encrypted administrative changes are retained for up to 90 days; deletion requests remove the related personal values.

Merge notification registrations not updated for 30 days are cleaned up during device registration. Push tokens stay encrypted; financial files do not pass through this service. Firebase processing and identifiers follow Google policy: FCM identifier deletion starts after a service deletion request, within 180 days under Firebase policy.

Drive files, prior versions and copies received by other devices remain until deleted at those destinations. Republishing may create a new copy if the local original remains. Google Play cancellation is a separate action; suspending access is not data deletion.
